Consider approval of an Ordinance amending Chapter 9, ‘General Regulations’, Article 9-11 ‘Parks and Recreation Code’, Section 9-11-12, ‘Roller Skates, Roller Blades, In-Line Skates, Skateboards, Coasters, and Bicycles,’ by adding a new subsection, Subsection “C” to prohibit the use of e-bicycles on the Biodiversity Education Center Trail System in its entirety, or upon any unimproved surface located within Coppell Nature Park, or Wagon Wheel Park; and authorizing the Mayor to sign.
