PUBLIC HEARING: Hold a public hearing and consider establishing the City’s participation in the Texas Enterprise Zone Program pursuant to the Texas Enterprise Zone Act, Chapter 2303, Texas Government Code as revised. Also, to be discussed and considered is the nomination of Dave & Buster’s I, L.P. located at 1221 S Belt Line Rd., Coppell, TX 75019, as a Texas Enterprise Zone Project to the Office of the Governor, Economic Development and Tourism. Possible tax incentives to be offered to projects within the City of Coppell will be discussed at the meeting.
