Consider approval of a Guaranteed Max Price Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Coppell (Owner) and Byrne Construction Services (Construction Manager) for the construction of Fire Station Number 3 in the amount of $7,323,108.00 to be funded from the Facilities Infrastructure Maintenance Fund, assigned fund balance, then reimbursed in accordance with the approved reimbursement resolution of a proposed bond issue, and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents.
