Consider approval of a resolution of the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, approving an Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Addison, the City of Carrollton, the City of Farmers Branch, and the North Texas Emergency Communications Center, Inc. (“NTECC”) relating to purchase of land for a new NTECC Consolidated Public Safety Communications Center; authorizing additional acts to carry out the City’s obligations under the agreement; providing an effective date; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents.
