2. Approval to purchase a replacement Vactor 2100i Sewer Cleaner truck from Kinlock Equipment & Supply, Inc., through the HGAC Purchasing Program in an amount not to exceed $514,214.00, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract
3. Approval of a resolution calling a General Election for the purpose of electing City Councilmembers to Place 5 and Place 6, and adding a Referendum Question to the ballot to determine whether voters desire to place a proposition on a future election ballot asking the City's voters to authorize issuance of ad valorem tax bonds for expansion of the Colleyville Recreation Center, and authorizing a joint election agreement and contract for election services for the General Election and the Referendum Question with Tarrant County Elections Administration
