Approval of a construction contract with 2R Construction Services, LLC for the Quail Crest and Woodbriar Estates Water and Wastewater Improvements Project, in an amount not to exceed $3,599,898.45 and a contingency amount not to exceed $400,000.00 and a materials testing amount not to exceed $99,070.00, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract, and providing for the combination of funds to include the Capital Utility Fund and the use of impact fees for the portion of the project related to upsizing of pipelines
