5. Approval of the third amendment to the Construction Services Agreement with Alderink Enterprises, Inc. dba CI Pavement, for the FY2026 Miscellaneous Concrete Repair Project, in an amount not to exceed $700,339.49, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the amendment
6. Approval of the third amendment to the Construction Services Agreement with Whitmore & Sons, Inc., for the FY2026 Ground Maintenance Mowing Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $251,784.52, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the amendment
7. Approval of the second amendment to the Contractor Services Agreement with Oriental Building Services, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $301,997.62, plus a five percent contingency amount of $14,610.28, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement
