- Presentation, discussion, and possible action on a contract with Jaco Roofing & Construction, Inc. in the amount of $128,400 for the roof replacements at 304 Holleman Drive, 1015 Colgate Drive, and 1600 Rock Prairie Drive, plus contingency in the amount of $12,840 for a total appropriation of $141,240.

The City Council may deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the City in negotiations with a third person.
