HHS001076200001 through the Department of State Health Services for the Public Health Services for the Public Health Crisis Response Cooperative Agreement for Emergency Response from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to allocate an increase of $119,800.00 for a total contract amount of $1,094,800.00; and authorize the City Manager or their designee, to execute the agreement and amendment.
