Consideration and <strong>ACTION</strong> to approve <strong>Resolution 2026-90</strong>, authorizing the purchase of the property described as a 0.506 acre tract of land out of the Civic Center tract out a larger 47.75 acre tract of land, Brownsville, Cameron County, Texas for a price not to exceed $250,000 plus closing expenses. 4. Consideration and <strong>ACTION </strong>to approve an amendment to the Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation (BCIC) Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Budget. (Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation)
5. Recognizing the City of Brownsville Organizational Development and Human Resources Department and Chief People Officer, Perla Cepeda, for being selected as recipients of the Human Resources Impact Award (Over 25K Population Category) and the Human Resources Professional of the Year Award (Over 25K Population Category).
