2. Consider and take appropriate action to award the bid for the City Hall Renovation Project to the low bidder, Plains Builders, for a total amount of $1,756,636.
3. Consider and take appropriate action to award the bid on a 22 Cubic Yard Automated Side Loader Solid Waste Collection Truck to Bond Equipment Company, Inc. for $404,816 utilizing BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Agreement 723-23.
