2. Consider and take appropriate action on Resolution R-004-25 approving an Interlocal Agreement between the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission and the City of Borger for 9-1-1 services and equipment.
3. Consider and take appropriate action to award a bid for the 2025 Group Seal Coat Program to Missouri Petroleum Products, the low bidder, at a cost of $3.27/SY.
