1. Consider and take appropriate action to approve Resolution R-012-25 authorizing the execution of the amended Interlocal Agreement between the City of Borger and the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission for 9-1-1 emergency communications services.
2. Conduct a public hearing and then consider and take appropriate action to introduce, on first reading, Ordinance O-008-25, adopting a change to the Future Land Use Map by changing Lots 16-18, Block 1 of the Westover Hills Addition from GR (General Residential) to C (Commercial).
3. Consider and take appropriate action to award a bid for the Water Well #13 Replacement Project to Hydro Resources - Mid Continent, Inc., in the amount of $463,214.
