2. Consider and take appropriate action on Resolution R-015-25 approving an interlocal agreement between the City of Borger and the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission for grant administration for the Huber Park Playground Project - TPWD Project No. 50-000521.
3. Consider and take appropriate action to authorize the bid for replacement skate park equipment to American Ramp Company in the amount of $150,803.99, utilizing Sourcewell Cooperative Purchase Contract #112420-ARC.
4. Consider and take appropriate action to approve, on final reading, Ordinance O-008-25, adopting a change to the Future Land Use Map by changing Lots 16-18, Block 1 of the Westover Hills Addition from GR (General Residential) to C (Commercial).
