3. Consider and take appropriate action on Resolution R-030-26 authorizing the sole-source purchase of emergency medical equipment from Stryker Sales, LLC on behalf of Hutchinson County in connection with the Texas Rural Ambulance Service Grant Program in an amount of $354,117.98.
4. Consider and take appropriate action on the minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 18, 2026.
5. Consider and take appropriate action to cast the City of Borger's ballot for Places 1 through 4 of the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool Board of Trustees.

8. Receive the FY 2025 Annual TUF Report and then consider and take appropriate action to introduce, on first reading, Ordinance O-006-26 reviewing and continuing Article 13.07 Transportation User Fee of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Borger, Texas.
9. Consider and take appropriate action to introduce, on first reading, Ordinance O-005-26 amending the City of Borger's Fee Schedule for the fiscal 2027 budget year.
10. Consider and take appropriate action to award the bid for the 3rd Street Stormwater Improvement Project to the low bidder and highest-scoring contractor, Bo Simon, Inc., in the amount of $872,018.
11. Consider and take appropriate action to introduce, on first reading, Ordinance O-004-25 adopting a combined tax rate of 0.646590/$100 valuation for FY 2027 and confirming the required public hearing for September 15, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 600 N. Main Street.
