5. Consider and take appropriate action on the expenditures for the first half of September 2026.
6. Consider and take appropriate action to approve, on final reading, Ordinance O-005-26 amending the City of Borger's Fee Schedule for the fiscal 2027 budget year.
7. Consideration and take appropriate action on Resolution R-031-26 relating to establishing the City’s intention to reimburse itself for the prior lawful expenditure of funds relating to constructing various city improvements from the proceeds of tax-exempt obligations to be issued by the City for authorized purposes; authorizing other matters incident and related thereto; and providing an effective date.
8. Receive a presentation, conduct a public hearing, and then consider and take appropriate action to approve, on final reading, Ordinance O-004-26 adopting a combined tax rate of 0.646590/$100 valuation for FY 2027.
