2. Consideration and Possible Action Regarding the Purchase of a Public Utility Easement for Drainage at 3909 Dixon Street, Lots 13 and 14, Block 1, Suburban Heights Addition, Big Spring, Howard County, Texas, and Authorizing the City Manager or His Designee to Execute any Necessary Documents.
