- Consideration and Possible Action to Authorize the Mayor to Execute a Taxing Entity Bid Approval and Title Policy Authorization Accepting the Bid of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) from CLAW Solutions TX, LLC, for the Purchase of Certain Real Property Held by the City in Trust, Being the N/2 of Lot 9 and all of Lot 10 in Block 33, Original Town Addition to the City of Big Spring, Howard County, Texas, and More Commonly Known as 505 Nolan Street, Big Spring, Texas 79720, Subject to a Fee Simple Determinable Condition as Follows:<br><br><div style="margin-left: 20px;"><em>Grantee will do Everything Necessary to Bring the Property into Compliance with all State and Local Codes within Six Months of the Execution Date of this Deed. An affidavit Stating that the Condition has been Fulfilled, Filed within Six Months of Said Date, if not Contradicted by a Recorded Statement Filed Within the Same Six Months, is Conclusive Evidence that the Condition has been Satisfied, and Grantee and Third Parties may Rely on it.
