3. <strong>Contract ~ <strong id="isPasted">Discuss, consider, and/or approve a contract between the City of Bay City, Texas and LEM Construction for Construction of the 6^th and I Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation and Mockingbird Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation under the Texas Water Development Board 2023-series funding for Drinking Water SRF Projects and authorize the Mayor and/or City Manager to execute a contract approved to form by the City Attorney in an amount not to exceed $5,517,800.
