7. <strong id="isPasted">Procurement ~ Discuss, consider, and/or approve the purchase of a 2025 Tymco Model 600 Street Sweeper from TYMCO, Inc. of Waco, Texas through the Buyboard Purchasing Cooperative; authorize the City Manager to execute all related purchase documents; and approve a declaration of unusable equipment as surplus and authorize staff to sell said surplus equipment through the use of an online auction or other means.
