  2. Consideration and action authorizing the City Manager to execute a renewal agreement between the City of Balch Springs and HITEK Paving LLC to do small asphalt repairs through January 1, 2026, in accordance with the specifications of the 2023 RFP Project 22036.
  3. Consideration and action to purchase a 2025 MADVAC LR50 All Terrain Litter Vacuum from Texas Pack & Load through their Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #093021-EXP at a cost not exceed $98,497.00, from General Capital Improvement Fund.
  4. Consideration and action to enter into a contract with Kraftsman Commercial Playground & Water Park and to provide funding for construction of a fitness shade structure at Woodland Park located at 14404 Horseshoe Trail not to exceed $74,920.05.
