- Consideration and action to contract with Kraftsman Commercial Playgrounds and Water Parks to perform repairs at the Pirates Cove splash park (Oakridge Park) due to vandalism through the Buy Board Copperative Purchasing Program at a cost not to exceed $26,822.12 to be paid out the General Fund - Parks and Facilities Maintenance account.

- Consideration and action authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement between the City of Balch Springs and Patcon Services, LLC., to rebuild 900 linear feet of concrete street, curb and gutter, and sidewalks in Green Valley and cement blocking on Cochse not to exceed $954,842.00 to be funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and Street and Maintenance Tax funding.
