Consideration and action regarding approval of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of up to $6,525,000 of the Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 (City of Balch Springs Public Improvements District No. 1) to fund certain public improvements within the City of Balch Springs Public Improvement District No. 1; approving and authorizing an indenture of trust, a bond purchase agreement, a limited offering memorandum, a contusing disclosure agreement and other agreements and documents in connection therewith; making findings with respect to the issuance of such bonds.
4. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" id="isPasted">Consideration and action regarding acceptance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-00-01 to CCGMC LLC Series B and to enter into contract agreement for construction of a Right Turn Lane at Elam Road and Shepherd Lane not to exceed $229,802.25.
5. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" id="isPasted">Consideration and action regarding a contract amendment with Dunaway Associates for professional engineering services for application preparation and submittal for the 2025 Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) Transportation Alternatives (TA) Grant for city pedestrian sidewalk improvements to Hodges Elementary not to exceed $19,870.
