- C. Approval to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Development Agreement with CCGMG, LLC to develop and acquire land located at 11112 and 11114 Leta Drive for development of a commercial office building.

Approval of a resolution of an Advance Funding Agreement (AFA) by the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) in support of conducting a feasibility study and development of design and engineering & schematic plans for safety and corridor improvements along the Elam Road Corridor from Peachtree Road to Pioneer Road in the amount not to exceed $2,000,000.
