- Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adopting an ordinance for Zoning Ordinance Amendment Application 001-2026 by Jesus & Denis Carbajal to rezone subject parcels totaling (+/-) 2.460 acres from Single-Family (SF-6) to Planned Development (PD) located at 2404 Crystal Drive allow an indoor soccer facility.
