Approval of a resolution of an Advance Funding Agreement (AFA) by the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) for the TXDOT Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA) Grant for construction of shared use path (trails) in the City of Balch Springs with both on-road and off-road segments located between Seagoville Road and McKenzie Road in the amount not to exceed $6,443,000.

7. F. Approval of a resolution in support of designation of the Balch Springs Census Tract for an Opportunity Zone by the Texas Economic Development and Tourism Office of the Governor to support economic development initiatives.
