Consideration and action of authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Development Agreement with BWI Contractors LLC to develop and acquire land located at 2400 Lora Lane, 2404 Lora Lane, 2408 Lora Lane, 2416 Lora Lane, 2502 Lora Lane, 11524 Lockport Drive, 315 Lakeside Road, and 732 Lakeside Drive for development of single-family residential homes and one (1) duplex at 2815 Nan Jones Avenue, one (1) multifamily property at 4417 Pioneer Road.
- A. Approval of an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Balch Springs, Texas approving the 2026 annual update to the service and assessment plan and assessment roll for the Balch Springs Public Improvement District No. 1 including the collection of the 2026 annual installments.
- Presentation by Teresa Jackson, with Sharing Life Community Outreach, to update on the status of the Balch Springs Pantry.
