3. Consideration and action to approve the Meet and Confer Agreement between the City of Balch Springs and the Balch Springs Fire Department.
4. Considertion and Action to approve the Meet and Confer Agreement between the City of Balch Springs and the Balch Springs Police Department.
5. In accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, the City Council will recess into Executive Session pursuant to the following sections: A. Section 551.072: Real Property (i.) <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" data-pasted="true">To deliberate the purchase, exchange, sale, lease of real property located within the City of Balch Springs, Texas.

8. Presentation by Julie Greer recognizing the honorees of the Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association and highlighting the accomplishments and contributions the Association has made to the community.
