4. Consider any action on an amended request for early concrete pour outside of permitted construction hours for Crash Champions Collision Repair at 501 Red Bud Dr.
5. Consider and take action to authorize the use of TIRZ Project funds for legal fees and other expenses related to the former Kmart building located within the TIRZ zone.
