Moore Survey, Abstract No. 1938, and the William Lawrence Survey, Abstract No. 974, City of Azle, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described as Lots 2-14, Block A, Lots 1X, 1-13, 14X, 15-26, Block B, Lots 1-24, Block C, Lots 1-13, 14X, 15-50, Block D, Lots 1-16, Block E, Lots 1-22, Block F, Sandy Beach Addition, a plat recorded in Document No. D224203128, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas and being described as Lots 27-32 & 33X, Block B, Sandy Beach Addition, a plat recorded in Document No. D226132622, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
