2. Consider and take action to amend the current lease of certain medical equipment between the City and Stryker Medical and authorize the city manager to execute the necessary documents.

Section 551.072 Real Property. </strong>Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person. - Property acquisition for municipal purposes
