1. Consider and take action on the scope of services and contract for a professional services agreement with EGS not to exceed $30,000 for small business programs and marketing support, and authorize the City Manager to sign contract.
2. Section 551.072 - Real Property. Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the government body in negotiations with a third person:<br><br>- MDD Properties<br>- Downtown Commercial<br>- ETJ Commercial
3. Receive overview of August 2026 Staff Activity Report; Discussion of same.
4. Consider and take action on the minutes of the August 11, 2026, meeting.
5. Section 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney. The Aubrey Municipal Development District reserves the right to adjourn into closed session at any time during the course of this meeting to consult with its attorney regarding any of the matters listed on this document. The Aubrey Municipal Development District may conduct a private consultation with the City Attorney to seek advice about pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State of Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the provisions of Chapter 551, including the following items: <br><br>- ​204-208 S.
