CONSIDER APPROVAL – LOCATION INCENTIVE AGREEMENT – BETWEEN AMARILLO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND OLD ENGLISH FIELD, LLC DBA HAVEN FBOOld English Field, LLC is building a new FBO (Fixed Base Operator) at the Rick Husband International Airport. They have contracted on a ground lease with the airport to construct a new 42,500 square foot facility with a cost of $8,500.000. The new facility will employ 20 new employees at an average wage of $57,000. Highlights of the project include:$8,500,000 Capital Expenditure20 new employees projected Incentive of $10,000 per job created paid over 10 years (Up to $200,000)
