The amendment removes the City's responsibility ​to provide financial and supportive services to Transformation Park.
2. <strong>CONSIDER APPROVAL - AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR OCCUPATIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES CONTRACT<br></strong>This item considers approval of an amendment to the existing agreement for occupational medical services to remove the expiration term. Occupational medical services include drug/alcohol testing, pre-employment physicals, and return to work physicals.Award to: CareXpress Holdings, LLC - DBA BSA CareXpress with OccMedAmount: $200,000 annuallyFunding Source: General fund revenuesIs the item budgeted? 3. <strong>CONSIDER APPROVAL – AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO CHAPTER 380 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH PRODUCER OWNED BEEF OPCO, LLC<br></strong>This item considers an extension to deadlines for Producer Owned Beef to obtain a building permit and a certificate of occupancy outlined in the Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement executed in June 2022.
