1. <strong>CONSIDER APPROVAL - <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Amendment NO. 3 TO The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts State Energy Conservation Office and the City of Amarillo</span><br></strong>This item considers the approval of Amendment No. 3 to Agreement in Principle (AIP) Contract CP22003, which adds to the City of Amarillo's fiscal year 2025 funding in the amount of $218,416 for a cumulative total of $913,953.29 within the contract term. The funding received through this agreement is to conduct emergency management activities in preparation for a response to an incident at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Pantex Plant.
