  1. <strong>CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 8174</strong><br>This item is the first reading of an ordinance amending the Amarillo Municipal Code to codify an amendment to the Amarillo City Charter, Article V, Section 3. The amendment was passed by voters as "Proposition E" on the ballot for the City of Amarillo November 5, 2024 Special Election.
  2. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 12-10-24-1This item considers a resolution amending the approved budget of the Amarillo Hospital District for the fiscal year October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. This budget amendment is recommended for approval by the Amarillo Hospital District Board. The amendment is being made to cover additional costs related to the termination of a pension plan.
  3. <strong>CONSIDER AWARD - AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO GRANT STREET STORM SEWER AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES<br></strong>This item considers the award of an amendment to the existing agreement for engineering services.   4. <strong>CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 8175</strong><br>This item is the first reading and consideration of an ordinance adopting a budget amendment pertaining to the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget to provide funding to the Community Development fund that will provide cold weather emergency assistance.
  5. <strong>CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 8170</strong><br>This item is the second and final reading and consideration of an ordinance adopting a budget amendment pertaining to the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget to support the Public Health Department's proposed new women's clinic, and providing an effective date.
  6. <strong>CONSIDER AWARD - AIRPORT TERMINAL SPACE LEASE<br></strong>This item considers the award of a terminal space lease contract between the Federal General Services Administration (GSA) and the Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport for the office spaces required by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The agreement is a 15-year agreement with 2 option years.
