  1. <strong>CONSIDER APPROVAL - THRIVE SCHOLARSHIP AGREEMENT AMENDMENT</strong><br><br>
  2. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 04-22-25-2This resolution is to amend the Amarillo-Potter Events Venue District 2024/2025 Budget. This budget amendment is recommended for approval by the Amarillo-Potter Events Venue District Board. The amendment is being made to cover an additional project at the Tri-State Fairgrounds.
  3. <strong>CONSIDER AWARD - AIRPORT FBO LEASE AMENDMENT NO. 1<br></strong>This item considers the award of Amendment No. 1 to the Airport Fixed Base Operator (FBO) lease agreement between the City and Marcee Properties (Haven Aero FBO). This amendment deletes a land area from the lease that was previously going to be used for the FBO's aviation fuel farm, but the fuel farm was incorporated into the remaining lease area. Additionally, this ​amendment adds an additional ​apron area to the lease for the purpose of aircraft ​parking. There is a resultant decrease in total rented ​square footage of 7,378.36 sq. ft..Award to: ​Marcee PropertiesAmount: ​Rent Reduction of $1,106.75 per year. (From $36,722.54 to $35,615.79 per year).Funding Source: This is a revenue contract.
  4. <strong>CONSIDER AWARD -<span style="text-transform: uppercase;"> Dell Desktop Replacement Lease</span><br></strong>This item considers the award of a five-year lease agreement with Dell Financial Services for 350 Dell Optiplex 7020 desktop computers to replace existing systems that do not support future operating systems.Award to: Dell Financial Services (State of Texas Contract #DIR-TSO-3763)Amount: $254,467.00 total five-year costFunding Source: Information technology fund revenuesIs the item budgeted?
