  4. <strong><span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Amendment No. 2 to Purchase and Sale Agreement by and between Amarillo Economic Development Corporation and Endries Enterprises LLC.<br></span></strong>This item considers approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Purchase Sale Agreement between the Amarillo Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) and Endries Enterprises, LLC. (Endries) for approximately 19.97 acres located in CenterPort Business Park, along Axiom Drive. The amendment will provide for the following:<ul><li>Updating the Effective Date to August 1, 2025 – which will extend to deadlines to close on the property, commence construction, and to expend at least $10 million on construction</li><li>AEDC has committed to extending Axiom Drive 75’ to serve the site within CenterPort Business Park</li></ul><br>
