CONSIDER APPROVAL - AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO agreement in principal grant agreement with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts State Energy Conservation Office This item considers the approval of Amendment No. 4 to Agreement in Principle (AIP) Contract CP22003, which adds to the City of Amarillo's fiscal year 2026 funding in the amount of $204,672 for a cumulative total of $1,118,625.29 within the contract term. The funding received through this agreement is to conduct emergency management activities in preparation for a response to an incident at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Pantex Plant.
