1. <strong>CONSIDER AWARD - <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">COS-50 ALLEY SEAL MATERIAL ANNUAL CONTRACT RENEWAL</span><br></strong>This item considers the renewal of an annual contract for the purchase of COS-50 which is used for sealing paved alleys. This is the first of three possible renewals to the existing contract. The street division seals paved alleys to prevent water from penetrating cracks in the asphalt pavement, extending the life of the surface.<br><strong>Award to</strong>: Professional Coating and Technologies<br><strong>Amount</strong>: $150,000.00 per year (total of $450,000.00 if all three renewal options are approved throughout the remaining life of the contract)<br><strong>Funding Source</strong>: General fund revenues<br><strong>Is the item budgeted?
