Under the Interlocal Agreement, the City's Amarillo Emergency Communications Center will provide limited dispatch services for AISD's police department. The amendment modifies multiple scopes of work with fee adjustments: updating the scope of work to reflect a new pump station location and section of force main to improve constructibility and access. The new location resulted in the need for additional study, survey, and engineering services. This change was made to remove the force main from the Greenways area to next to Soncy Road and take advantage of Texas Department of Transportation right of ways, easements, and to keep the pump station on city property.   15. <strong>Consider Approval - Purchase of Ford F-350 Van Mounted Aerial Lift. </strong>This item considers approval to purchase a Ford F-350 Van Mounted Aerial Lift for daily use in the Police Department. This is a grant-funded addition to the City's fleet which will be used by the Amarillo Police Department for the maintenance and repair of a variety of public safety equipment mounted on traffic signal poles and other elevated locations throughout the city. Currently, access to this equipment requires coordinating the use of specialized vehicles with other departments, which can delay repairs and increase downtime. Survey, Randall County, Texas, plus one-half of all bounding streets, alleys, and public ways, to change from Residential District 1 and Office District 2 to General Retail District. This item is a second and final reading of an ordinance considering the rezoning of 9.23 acres of land, being an unplatted tract of land and a portion of Lot 1, Block 1, Sunrise Park Unit No. 13, an addition to the City of Amarillo, in Section 106, Block 2, A.B.& M. Survey, Potter County, Texas, plus one-half of all bounding streets, alleys, and public ways, to change from Light Commercial District and Residential District 2 to Planned Development District 411 for an RV Park.   19. <strong>Consider Approval - Consent and Assignment of Land Lease with Wilmax, LLC to JMS&P, LLC, and Air Bear, LLC. </strong>This item considers the approval of consent and assignment of the land lease with Wilmax, LLC, to JMS&P, LLC, and Air Bear, LLC. Under the new assignment, JMS&P, LLC and Air Bear, LLC will assign the new lease to Redline Cattle LLC, who will then pay the City of Amarillo $17,282.50 annually. This is a new land lease where Wilmax currently has their aircraft hangar. Wilmax (owned jointly by JMS&P and Air Bear) is selling the hangar (and appurtenances) to Redline Cattle, LLC (which is owned by Shane Redline).
  20. Consider Approval - Xcel Energy Easement on Airport Property. </strong>This item considers the award of an electric supply easement on the Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport (City) property to SPS (Xcel Energy).   21. Consider Approval - Engagement Letter for Governing Body and Executive Consulting Services.
