Consideration of Resolution No. 08-25-26-1. </strong> This item is a second and final reading of a resolution to consider authorizing an Advance Funding Agreement for Highway Safety Improvement Program with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for transportation improvements within the specified program; permitting administrative adjustments to documents as needed; and authorizing the City Manager to execute such agreement.
  6. <strong>Consider Approval - Interlocal Agreement for Security and Peace Officers between City of Amarillo and Amarillo Independent School District (AISD). </strong> This item considers the approval of an interlocal agreement with AISD to secure commissioned peace officers from the Amarillo Police Department (APD) to protect student and staff safety, deter crime on campus, foster positive law-enforcement relationships, and protect District property.

  9. Public Hearing and Consideration of Ordinance No. 8258. This item is a public hearing and first reading of an ordinance considering the rezoning of a 4.56 acre portion of Block 1, Washington Industrial Tracts Addition, an addition to the City of Amarillo, in Section 173, Block 2, A.B.& M. Survey, Randall County, Texas, plus one-half of all bounding streets, alleys, and public ways, to change from Light Industrial District to Planned Development 413 District for a manufactured home park subdivision with reduced lot width and area minimums. (VICINITY: S.W. 47th Ave. & Washington St.; APPLICANT/S: Geospatial Data, Inc. for Collins Family Properties, LLC)
  10. Public Hearing and Consideration of Ordinance No. 8269. This item is a public hearing and first reading of an ordinance considering the rezoning of 5.712 acres of land, being the east 153.1 feet of Lot 26 and the west 395.6 feet of Lot 27, Block 2, Coulter Acres, a subdivision of the north one-half of Section 38, Block 9, B.S.& F. Survey, Randall County, Texas, plus one-half of all bounding streets, alleys, and public ways, to change from Office District 2 to Planned Development District 412 for a Tiny Home Village.   11. <strong>Consider Award - 2026 Arterial and Collector Street Assessment. This item considers the procurement of professional services to conduct a pavement condition assessment on City of Amarillo Arterial and Collector streets as well as professional services for pavement management. The results of this assessment will be used to select street segments and treatment strategies for the 2028 annual street maintenance project.<br><strong>Award to</strong>: Roadway Asset Services, Ltd.   12. Consideration of Resolution No. 09-08-26-5. This item considers a resolution approving participation in the Texas Department of Transportation Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Grant, providing a repeater clause, and providing a savings clause.
