- Consider an amendment to the Agreement with The Brandt Companies, LLC to include HVAC equipment at the Recreation Center located at 3201 Highway 35 as part of the HVAC preventative maintenance and repair scope of services for an additional annual amount not to exceed $15,489.00; and authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement upon legal review.
- Consider an amendment to the Agreement with LTS Lawncare to include manicured mowing services at the Recreation Center located at 3201 Highway 35 as part of the manicured mowing services agreement for an additional annual amount not to exceed $31,500.00; and authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement upon legal review.
- Consider an amendment to the Agreement with American Janitorial Services, LTD to provide janitorial services at the Alvin Recreation Center located at 3201 Highway 35 for an amount not to exceed $38,456; and authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement upon legal review.
