- Consider Addendum No. 4 to the Contract for Refuse Collection and Disposal Services between the City of Alvin and Texas Pride Disposal, to adjust rates paid to Texas Pride Disposal due to the net increase in the revised Consumer Price Index Rate for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land, Texas area, fuel cost adjustments, and operational costs pursuant to the contractual agreement; and authorize the Mayor to sign Addendum No. 4 upon legal review.
- Consider Addendum No. 1 for a one (1) year renewal agreement with DXI Industries, Inc., now known as PVS DX Inc., to provide Chlorine for one (1) year at the same price and conditions; and authorize the City Manager to sign the Addendum upon legal review.
- Consider a Third Amendment to the Lease Agreement by and between the City of Alvin, Texas, a home rule municipality in the State of Texas (“Landlord”), as successor in interest to YMCA of the Greater Houston Area, and Memorial Hermann Health System, a Texas non-profit corporation (“Tenant”), for approximately 3,050 square feet of space within the Alvin Recreation Center with Memorial Hermann Hospital System for the purpose of providing Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Treatment and related patient care; and authorize the Mayor to sign upon legal review.
