- Consider Ordinance 24-S of the City Council of the City of Alvin, Texas, amending Ordinance 23-V, passed and approved September 7, 2023, same being an ordinance approving and adopting the City of Alvin's Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-24, by approving a budget amendment to the original 2023-24 Budget; providing for supplemental appropriation and/or transfer of funds for the purpose of amending the budget of the Police Department by $24,920 to fund the shared cost of a Qualified Mental Health Professional for departmental operational purposes related to the Public Safety of the City; providing for severability; and providing for other matters related thereto.
