Consider the purchase of a new, replacement Air Handler Unit for the Recreation Center from The Brandt Companies, LLC, through the Choice Partners Cooperative purchasing network, in an amount not to exceed $110,000, as included in the FY25-26 annual budget; and authorize the City Manager to sign related documents upon legal review.
2. Consider the purchase of a new, replacement chiller for the Recreation Center from The Brandt Companies, LLC, through the Choice Partners Cooperative purchasing network, in an amount not to exceed $205,000.00 as included in the FY25-26 annual budget; and authorize the City Manager to sign related documents upon legal review.
3. Consider the purchase of two new, replacement AAON brand air conditioning systems containing two air handler units and two condensing units for the Animal Adoption Center from The Brandt Companies, LLC, through the Choice Partners Cooperative purchasing network, in an amount not to exceed $185,000 as included in the FY25-26 annual budget, and authorize the City Manager to sign related documents upon legal review.
