2. Consider an award of bid to Reddico Construction Company, Inc., for the Lift Station 33 Rehabilitation and Expansion Project in an amount not to exceed $2,179,995.83; and authorize the City Manager to sign the contract.
3. Consider an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Alvin and the Rosharon Volunteer Fire Department for fire protection services for the Preservation Creek Subdivision Development Area through December 31, 2026, for an amount not to exceed $12,000.00; and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement.
