- Consider Resolution 26-R-39, approving a Partial Assignment and Assumption of Development Agreement relating to the Preservation Creek development, providing for the partial assignment by W Land Development Management LLC to the Starwood development entity of certain rights, duties, and obligations under the Development Agreement pertaining to the Starwood Tract; authorizing the Mayor to execute the City’s consent; and setting forth other matters related thereto.

- Consider Resolution 26-R-44, approving an amendment to the articles of incorporation of Kendall Lakes TIRZ Redevelopment Authority, changing the name to Alvin TIRZ Redevelopment Authority, appointing a new board of directors, expanding the purpose of the Authority, and authorizing the City Attorney to execute and file the necessary documents with the Secretary of State; and providing other matters related thereto.
- Consider Ordinance 26-W, releasing approximately 5.4655 acres of land from the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City; providing findings of fact; containing a severability clause; and providing for other matters related thereto.
- Consider Resolution 26-R-43, adopting the City of Alvin Investment Policy for the investment of municipal funds; and setting forth other matters related thereto.
- Consider approval of the September 17, 2026, City Council meeting minutes.
