Approve the first and final reading of Ordinance 2026-09-07, an Ordinance amending the City of Alpine Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget to recommit and appropriate funding from Water Fund reserves for expenses related to the emergency water crisis, including repairs and water transportation, pending consideration of the City’s USDA Emergency Community Water Assistance Grant application. Public Hearing to obtain citizen views and comments regarding the first and final reading of Ordnance 2026-09-07, an ordinance amending the City of Alpine fiscal year 2025-2026 budget to recommit and appropriate funding from the water fund reserves for funds committed for the emergency water crisis to the enterprise fund for repairs, and water transportation pending the application of a USDA grant; providing for severability; Providing Cumulative and Severability Clauses: Providing for the Following Clauses: Findings of Fact, Inclusion in the Code of Ordinances, Cumulative, Severability, Proper Notice and Meeting, Public Hearing, and Effective Date.
  10. Public Hearing to obtain citizen views and comments regarding the first and final reading of Ordinance 2026-09-06, an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 annual budget appropriating additional funds and adjusting expenditures for multiple City Departments; Providing a Severability; Providing for Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances; and Providing an effective Date.
