  7. Approve Resolution No. 2026-R-17 Adopting the City of Aledo Investment Policy
  8. <strong>PUBLIC HEARING:</strong> Consider approval of a Request for Variance from the City of Aledo Code of Ordinances, Article VI. <em>Alcoholic Beverage Sales, </em>Section 14-137 <em>Regulations prohibiting sale of alcoholic beverages near a church, public or private school, or public hospital, </em>for Aledo Shell, located at 401 S FM 1187.
  9. Consider approval of Ordinance No. 2026-O-24 regulating Golf Carts and ATVs, Off-Road Vehicles, Utility Vehicles, and Recreational Off-Road Vehicles within the city limits of Aledo.
  10. Section 551.087 – Deliberation Regarding Economic Development Negotiations. </strong> To discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the City has received from a business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations; or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect described above, including the following items:
